This week’s topic is books that give off summer vibes — and given that this is a pretty weird summer, these books are likely to be more important than ever.
This was a pretty great month of reading for the both of us. For once, neither of us had any unfinished books on our list! Let’s hope the same is true for June.
This week’s topic is best opening lines, which led us to flip through a couple dozen of our favorite books. It’s surprising how many first lines are a bit flat or don’t make sense without context—but we managed to find some gems.
This week’s topic was a bit of a freebie: Reasons Why We Love [Blank]. We went with secondary world fantasy—fiction focusing on a non-Earth setting—because it is one of our most beloved genres.
