February TBR

We both started off 2022 with a great bunch of books, and our TBRs for February are just as ambitious!
Now that comes with a caveat: this year we’re reading more by mood than by what’s on our lists. If we’re not feeling a fantasy book or a mystery, we’re not picking it up even if it’s our goal to read it this month. In other words, this is more like an MTBR (Maybe To Be Read).

Indiana’s January wrap-up
This month it felt like each book I read was either fantastic or one of the worst I’ve read in years. Only The Every came out so-so. The rest I had some extreme opinions on. My two favorites? Sarah Winman’s Still Life and Weike Wang’s Joan is Okay.

Still Life by Sarah Winman
The Storm of Echoes by Christelle Dabos
Fake Accounts by Lauren Oyler
Daughter of the Deep by Rick Riordan
The Every by Dave Eggers
Joan is Okay by Weike Wang
